1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to VoxLinc Market Academy, including its investing education lessons, exams, progress tracking, packages, subscriptions, and VoxLinc Market Academy Challenge. They apply to the VoxLinc Market Academy app and any supported web or mobile version, not to the overall VoxLinc Creative website.

By using VoxLinc Market Academy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Applicable law and any mandatory app store or payment provider rules still apply.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use only an account you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Age and eligibility

VoxLinc Market Academy is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, or older if required by local law. If you are under the age of majority, you should use VoxLinc Market Academy only with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Education, not advice

VoxLinc Market Academy is for educational purposes only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. VoxLinc Market Academy does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any real security, investment, or financial product.

There is no real-money trading in VoxLinc Market Academy. Lessons, exams, scores, and simulations are learning tools, not investment recommendations. We do not guarantee outcomes, scores, learning results, or financial results. Investing and trading outside the app involve risk; past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Acceptable use

Use VoxLinc Market Academy lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the app or interfere with another learner’s experience.

• Do not access another person’s account without permission or share private account information.
• Do not exploit bugs, manipulate progress, exam results, simulation results, or VoxBucks balances, or bypass access controls.
• Do not disrupt the app, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
• Do not copy, distribute, or misuse app content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. Packages, subscriptions, and cancellation

Packages may be free, one-time, trial, or subscription-based where offered. Prices, included access, trial conditions, and renewal terms are shown in the applicable offer or checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically according to those terms until canceled.

Manage Cancel Membership inside Account when available. If your purchase is managed by an app store or another provider, use that provider’s subscription controls. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current billing period, depending on the purchase terms. Canceling an account and canceling a subscription are separate requests.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by law or by the applicable app store/payment provider rules.

6. VoxBucks gameplay currency

VoxBucks are for gameplay use only. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money or prizes.

VoxBucks may be earned through supported app activity and may be purchased where purchase offers exist. VoxBucks are not money, securities, or stored value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for money, prizes, or financial products.

VoxLinc Market Academy may adjust, limit, or remove VoxBucks features subject to these terms, applicable purchase terms, and applicable law.

7. VoxLinc Market Academy Challenge

VoxLinc Market Academy Challenge is a fictional educational simulation. It does not use real market data, real companies, real securities, or real money. Results inside the simulation do not represent real investment performance.

Companies, events, market updates, prices, and rounds in VoxLinc Market Academy Challenge are fictional. Simulation activity is not real trading and is not a recommendation to invest in any real company or financial product.

8. Content and intellectual property

VoxLinc Market Academy’s lessons, exams, designs, software, branding, and fictional simulation content are owned by their respective rights holders. Your access is for personal educational use. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, resell, or distribute content beyond what applicable law permits.

9. Suspension or termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for misuse, breaches of these terms, security concerns, or where required by law. Any action remains subject to applicable law and relevant purchase terms. You may stop using the app and contact support about account deletion.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep VoxLinc Market Academy useful and accessible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular learning result. To the extent permitted by law, VoxLinc Market Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, or for investment, trading, or other decisions you make outside it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes and questions
